How we manufacture car mats

1.Your order will be transmitted to our manufacturing crew. Materials are then chosen after a thorough quality check. 

2.Details about your vehicle are transmitted to a CNC Laser machine, which will slice the material as per your order details with a high degree of accuracy.

3.We then pass the material to our sewing crew who will process it further based on the instructions given during the order. Finally, customized and contoured car mats will be produced in accordance to your order specifications.

4.To ensure that the car mats are exactly what you had ordered for, we will carry out a full-fledged quality inspection. Necessary accessories will then be combined with these mats required for full assembly. Your mats are then packed and sent out for shipping

The manufacturing process takes approximately 5-7 days.

Once your order is processed please allow 20-30 business days for delivery.

Please allow extra time for your delivery. Your Luxury Custom Car Mats will be worth the wait.
